Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If your nails get scratched or misshapen, we will fix them for you. To avail this service, you need to inform the salon where you got the service within 24 hours of the initial service. However, you must schedule an appointment to get your nails fixed within 3 days of your first service. We don't offer refunds or credit notes if you've simply changed your mind. If you're unhappy with the quality of our work, we will redo the service at no extra cost, but you must inform us right away after the service. Once you leave the salon, it's assumed that you're satisfied with the service. If your nails are damaged due to your negligence, we will charge you for any repairs or replacements. If you're unsure about nail care, feel free to ask our nail technician.
Liability Waiver
By consuming the complimentary beverages, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue JP Nails & Spa, subsidiaries, DBAs, affiliates, successors, contractors, agents, representatives, and/or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any damage to your property or loss, damage or injury that you personally sustain, including death, whether caused by the negligence of JP Nails & Spa or its representatives. You hereby assume all risks to your property and your person and in no way will JP Nails & Spa be liable to you for damages or injuries you sustain.
